Want to better train your kids for life?

Standard education system is designed to train Employees which is why it is focusing only on Linguistic Intelligence and Logical Intelligence (good execution worker). As you will notice, standard intelligence segmentation is forgetting multi-language and financial education to ensure you stay even more locked in the E quadrant.

In order to ensure E people stay in E quadrant, the system of the rich reinforce insecurity by training our kids that failure is bad instead of a failure is great to learn (you must read "The Flinch by Julien Smith")

Now, how can you better train your kids?

• Intelligence education: make them realize all types of intelligence
• You can buy this book to your kid (<5$) Rich Dad, Poor Dad for Teens
• Ensure they have a Financial education
• Help your kids learn the others types of intelligence
• Turn them into investor not money saver
• Ensure your kids see failure as a great way to learn and not fall in the security pattern
• Ensure your kids are expose and learn other language
• Travel to open their mind to the world of opportunity not fear
• Spend more time to talk with them and encourage questions

You don't have to fall in the E trap of trying to send your kids to rich school, your kids won't learn much more and he won't have time anymore to better learn all the other types of intelligence. 

Middle class is a glitch of evolution

In human history, middle class is born during industrial age. Due to a shortage of educated people due to the industrialization burst, the middle class was born. With the increased level of education all over the world, technology, arrival of women in the job market and globalization, finding educated people is less and less a constraint.

Due to the simple law of demand and supply, a strong middle is not required anymore. Humanity will slowing go back to its default rich and poor distribution over time. The global trend of education fees increase seems to be a way to make the transition smoother for the declining middle class. What is worrying me the most is the increase proportion of useless people in the world due to the shrinking number of jobs available due to technology. The equilibrium might come from the demographic slowdown. The future will be quite challenging. Middle class seems to be a glitch of humane evolution. Only financial education can save the middle class. Without a strong educated middle class, democracy (even as imperfect has its now) can't survive. There is no democracy without a strong middle class and it is up to the middle class to decide of its destiny. Capitalism has create the middle class but his pushing intrinsically for it disappearance.

IF strong middle class then Democracy is possible. Which explain why democracy is slowly disappearing.

There is 3 types of education:

• Academic      = read/write
• Professionnal = make $
• Financial        = manage $

Academic to teach you how to read and write, professional to make money and financial to help you manage your money. Financial education isn't part any education system. Why, to insure most people keep working for rich people. 

Most people money is managed by their financial advisor how have get their financial education from institute like CSI. If financial advisor's were truly smart about money, do you really think they will manage your money?
